Returns and Refunds

Each Anime Mindset Journal is printed on demand specifically for your order. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, or incorrect selections.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing or manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will review the issue and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Cancellations

Because our products are printed on demand, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers

Where applicable, customers located in the European Union or other jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded by this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
