Order Processing

The Anime Mindset Journal is printed on demand specifically for your order. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method available for your order.

Shipping time is in addition to production time. All production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier conditions.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are sent to production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.
